Privacy policy

This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it. Effective November 2026.

Who we are

Demonstrative Innovations builds trial exhibits for plaintiff attorneys. Questions about this policy can be sent to [email protected].

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier) to distinguish visits. Google processes this data under its own policies; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We do not use Google's advertising features. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, firm, email address, phone number if you give one, the case type, any deadline and your message. It is sent to us by email and used only to respond to you and discuss the matter. Please do not send imaging or medical records through the form.

Booking a call

Appointments are booked through Calendly, a separate service. Information you enter when booking is handled under Calendly's privacy notice and shared with us so we can hold the call.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above that run this website, deliver email and handle bookings.

Children

This site is intended for legal professionals and is not directed to children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
